Newton Abbot Dog Training School

Hi my name is Lisa Harvey and I am the owner of Newton Abbot Dog Training School.

 

I have many years’ experience working with dogs in the UK and in Canada. I lived in Canada from 2008 to 2013 where I successfully ran a boarding Kennel and dog training centre! While in Canada I was a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Pet Dog Trainers, The International Positive Dog Trainers Association and the Canadian Kennel Club, where I was a Good Neighbour Evaluator (Good Citizens UK Equivalent)

 

In England I trained in Canine Psychology for three years with the Animal Care College in Ascot , so I am pretty fluent in Doggy language! Before leaving for Canada I owned and operated Woofters Dog Training School that also was in Newton Abbot.  

 

I have taught puppy classes, basic and advanced obedience, Agility, heel work to music and also trick training classes. All my training methods are reward based and I like to keep up to date with all modern training techniques
